Do you offer Wifi? Is it free?
Yes. We have Wifi available at your rv. We offer a complimentary 4 hour trial of our service. In order to provide the best possible service we have contracted with Tengo Internet for low daily, weekly and monthly rates.
What are your rates?
Our rates are based on length of stay, the size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort. For stays of less then 31 days you can reserve online. For extended stay rates contact the resort directly at toll free: 1-877-717-6667
Do you offer full hook-ups?
Each of our spaces offers: water, sewer, cable tv, 30/50 amp electric. Extended stay rates are plus metered electric
Do you have pull-thru spaces? Can you accommodate a 45ft rv?
Yes. We have a limited number of spaces available. As the demand is very high, we do not offer extended stay rates on these sites. However, we do have many very large spaces that we offer our extended stay visitors.
Do you have group rates?
No. Unfortunately, due to the demand on spaces at our property we can not accommodate groups. However, other Sunland properties in the area can take groups.
Are you close to San Diego?
We are the closest RV Resort to San Diego. We are right off the freeway and you can be at most major attractions and beaches within 20 minutes. In addition we are right next door to a San Diego trolley station so you do not even need a car to visit many areas.
Are you close to shopping and dining?
Yes. There are several major restaurants within 1 mile of the resort. There are grocery stores and large retailers such as Wal-mart within 2 miles. Mission Valley and all of it’s shopping is less then 15 minutes away from the resort.
Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?
Yes. We are pet friendly. We supply pet waste bags and have several nice walking areas for your pets enjoyment. We do limit each site to 2 pets per site and do not allow any aggressive breeds.
Do you have pool? Is it heated?
Yes. We offer both a heated pool and spa for your year round enjoyment. The pool deck is surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
Do you sell propane?
Yes. We offer on-site service both delivered to your rv or at our propane station.
When is check in time? Check out time?
Check in time is 1 p.m. Check-out is 12 noon. Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject to a nominal fee.
Do you have restrictions on type of rv?
Yes. All RV’s must be full self contained, and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The rv must be clean, rust free, no broken windows, and if motor powered running. Tarps on roofs, and other modifications are strictly prohibited. The resort has a complete list of rules and regulations on file for your review. Sorry, no tent camping.
Can I have a camp-fire?
Unfortunately no. Local City ordinance does not allow this for your safety with rv’s and propane gas in the vicinity.However, barbecues are welcome.
Are you a membership resort? How long can I stay?
No. We are non-membership, non-ownership. We offer daily, weekly, and extended stay rates. There are no restrictions on your length of stay.
Do you offer discounts? Military, AARP, Senior? AAA, Good Sam, Escapees? Passport America?
We offer 10% discounts off of our daily rate for: AAA, Good Sam, and Active duty military. We offer Passport America rates for a 3 day maximum when available. A valid ID card must be presented at check-in to obtain these discounts. Offers may not be combined and do not apply to any other discounted rates.
Can I reserve a specific site?
The only way to reserve a specific space is to pay for it starting and checking in today. We can note it as a request but do not guarantee specific spaces.
Do you have a laundry facility?
Yes. We have two spotlessly clean laundries that are right on site. Each has been recently remodeled. You save time and fuel by doing it right on site.
Do you offer rv storage?
Yes. We have a very limited number of storage spaces available.
How do I get there? Please give me Directions?
West Bound I-8: Exit#11 -70th St. and Lake Murray Blvd., Turn left at stop sign. And left at Lake Murray Blvd., And left again at Alvarado Rd., cross trolley tracks (veer left). Resort is one mile down on right. East Bound I-8: Exit #11- 70th St. and Lake Murray Blvd., Stay in left lane. At top of ramp, make left on Alvarado Rd., cross trolley tracks (veer left). Resort is one mile down on right.
Do you have casino's close by?
We have 3 large casinos within 30 minutes of the resort. Sycuan Casino is 14 miles east of the resort. Barona Casino is 19 miles east of the resort. Viejas Casino is 22 miles east of the resort.
Do you offer rentals?

What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?
Daily/Weekly Reservations: Call, write, or e-mail, within 24 hours of arrival or a one night minimum charge will be billed. Holiday time period Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 72 hours of arrival or a 3 night minimum charge will be billed. Monthly Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 10 days of arrival or security deposit is completely forfeited.
