Call or write within 48 hours of arrival or a one night minimum charge will be billed.

Holiday time period Reservations:
Call or write within 72 hours of arrival or a one night minimum charge will be billed.

Monthly Reservations:
Call or write within 14 days of arrival or or security deposit is completely forfeited.
